ProRehab, PC is an Evansville-based physical therapy and sports medicine clinic. This company had experienced rapid growth and mandated improvements over traditional paper-based filing methods. Concurrently, the client realized the potential advantages in leveraging new technology to provide both patients and providers with up-to-the-minute clinical and business data. The practice successfully integrated off-the-shelf hardware and software, along with custom-written applications, into a common platform.

As a total outsource for all IT functions, Matthew E. Roberts LLC:

• Oversaw specification, acquisition and installation of Local Area Network (LAN) components including Microsoft Backoffice platform and broadband Internet connection.
  
• Designed (currently maintained by client) Web site based on marketing goals supplied by the client. Matthew E. Roberts, LLC realized custom content, menus and graphics based on continuing business development.
  
• Designed data mining and reporting functions from existing practice management software.
  
• Created and developed custom Clinical Documentation System for storage and retrieval of clinical encounters.
  
• Other initiatives included: Terminal Server Access for remote office users, additional electronic marketing work and WAN expansion for new offices.
